From the USA to Italy: getting married in Castelbrando
Giulia proposed something quite unique to me: organize a wedding in 3 months! Giulio lives in Ohio and they wanted to go to Japan on their honeymoon for the cherry blossom blooming season: waiting for a year would have been too long, so Giulia told me very clearly in December that March would have been the latest date for their wedding!
The wedding also had to have some well-defined characteristics, especially in terms of logistics and location: rooms for the guests, the venue of the religious ceremony very close to the accommodation, an area for a lunch reception (with relatives and close friends) and another reception with new guests for dinner. Not just a party, but a real wedding reception with time for dancing and partying at the end of the day.
A non-stop event from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and the number-one priority had to be a location that met all expectations (and timing!). Castelbrando, in Cison di Valmarino, was the ideal location for a wedding in a romantic and charming castle. There we could welcome guests from all over Italy and the world, with great enthusiasm especially from the Americans, who showed all their excitement!
The wedding theme color was bright red and that's what we worked with to give everything a touch of style and elegance. Moreover, we created a unique atmosphere thanks to the candle lights, which illuminated every detail of the two rooms, decorated for both receptions.
